Rev. Keith D. Knox, Sr.
2nd of 4 children born to Sherman Knox, Jr. and the late Mary A. Knox, Asheville, N.C. Rev. Knox is married to Mrs. Deborah Underwood Knox. From this union they have 2 sons, 1 daughter and 7 grandchildren.
Rev. Knox is a 1980 graduate of Asheville High School, and a 2007 graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla GA, earning an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies. He was licensed for Gospel Ministry in January 2001 at Greater New Zion Baptist Church, Fletcher N.C. Pastor Knox was ordained by Mud Creek Association in November 2002.
The church is a gift to the community and should always be in a position to minister to the needs of the people just as Christ did. It is important to turn members into disciples through instruction in the word of God in order to achieve the will of God.
Where everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord
Impact the people of our community by presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be their guide.
I see a church whose head is Jesus, whose help is the Holy Spirit, and whose focus is the Great Commission.
